About ARC Nutrition
ARC Nutrition was founded by Hampshire-based sports nutritionist (ANutr) Alice Clarke.
Through the use of the latest evidence-based nutritional strategies, her aim is to help individuals and sports teams to improve their performance and help them achieve their full sporting potential.
Her approach to nutrition understands that all athletes are different, with unique performance goals. All nutrition support provided is bespoke to you to ensure that your full potential is unlocked.
Alice also works as a freelance nutrition consultant, supporting brands and businesses with recipe development, nutrition and health writing, social media and evidence-based nutrition science. Alice is available to deliver group education sessions on a range of nutrition topics to schools, universities and workplaces.
